I have been teaching at Scio High School since 2006.  I live in the Scio community and have four children who all have gone through the Scio School's.  I have been involved with the student organization FFA by coaching the Dairy Foods and Food Science teams.  My husband and I have also coached the FFA marketing teams.  We owned and operated a berry farm in Scio for 18 years before becoming a teacher.   I have a degree in Apparel Design  and a master's degree in Family and Consumer Science (FACS) Education, both from OSU .  Needless to say, we are Beaver Fans!!  I  enjoy sewing, gardening, cooking, and my grandchildren.  I am thankful to live in the heart of the Willamette Valley  and to be part of such a wonderful community.
