Cadet Teaching and ED 101A

Cadet Teaching is a self guided class that allow students to observe teachers in action.  Students are placed in one of the three schools (Centennial, SMS, or SHS) and spend a semester or more observing and helping in a classroom.  Students will be required to keep a log of daily activities,  write reflections, and comply with the class requirements.

If students are interested in the education field, they can take the class for college credit through the CCN program at LBCC.  This course track requires the student to be a cadet for the entire year, complete a portfolio, and give a final presentation to Mrs. Broadbent and other staff members.
